COTEC Innovative Status is a seal of reputation that the Business Association for Innovation created with the support of the portuguese Directorate-General for Education and Science Statistics (DGEEC).

This statute also intends to promote the public recognition of companies that create value for the country in terms of innovation, to create a network of partners with benefits for innovative companies and to guarantee better financing conditions for them.
