Sotkon equipment attended the International Equipment and Technologies Exhibition for Waste Collection and Recycling Waste Management 2018 held in Kiev, Ukraine, from 2 to 3 October, through its local distributor, AVTEK LLC.
The event brought together about 100 exhibitors from around 20 countries and is considered one of the best events of its kind. For two days, current issues such as the prospects for recycling in the context of the circular economy, the deposition, separation and collection of waste, the current state of waste management in Ukraine and future investments, among others, were discussed. At the same time, there was an exterior space for the demonstration of equipment and technology for the collection, transport, separation, recycling and disposal of waste.
The importance and concern for the future, notably with the improvement of the quality of life in Ukrainian cities is a clear concern of the population and state alike. Sotkon could not miss this event by displaying its equipment already installed in different urban areas in Ukraine, such as in the cities of Dnipro, the fourth largest city in Ukraine with about one million inhabitants, and Khmelnytsky, with about 300 thousand inhabitants and located to the west of the territory.
The choice of Sotkon equipment was the logical step, not only for the quality and durability of the materials used in its manufacture, for the simplicity of use and hygiene, for the tightness and quickness of installation, but also for the savings they generate through their acquisition, on the medium or long term. The aesthetic differentiation and the ergonomics of our equipment from others, was another reason for the choice.
Present on the Ukrainian market for more than 20 years, AVTEK is dedicated to the commercialization of cars, buses, components and special equipment for the deposition and collection of waste, representing well-known brands such as Ford Trucks, MAZ, Volat, Solaris, ZAZ and recently Sotkon.
